So Darla drinks Lex’s potion for super intelligence and becomes a super-genius. That’s good. Then tries to take down Superboy after being rejected by Lex and fails. She starts getting nuclear and almost destroys the earth, then after Superboy gets her to drink the antidote. Next thing you know she’s back to her old self, almost and all is well again. But this was a good episode and we see a more intelligent side of Darla and a more human one. She gets ignored by Lex and takes revenge. For some strange reason she loves the psycho and wants his attention and affection while Lana and Superboy are in a sort of relationship that’s not as stable as the one she and Lex has. Why? I don’t know. That’s love.
